DOPE PERSONALITY TEST The creator of DOPE personality test is Richard N. Stephenson a business and career clarity. People who taken the test thought it was a psychological exam, but it’s really a self-assessment for yourself; to know who you are. Richard Stephenson a creator of his website called richardstep.com talks about different people actions and behaviors. When he created the â€Å"which bird are you†; only to find out what acts, communicates, and behavior that you might countering when you are at a job. This test can tell you which type of person you encounter at workplace personality. You can find out how compatible a person really is or if he or she is capable of doing the job that he or she is in. There are four different types of birds that Richard Stephenson explained in his book. One is the Dove in act is a person who is peaceful and friendly. According to the DOPE 4-Personality Test â€Å"the dove are people oriented, sympathetic, supportive and team players. They have good listening skills, pleasant to work with and can be relied upon. Among these traits you will see professions such as teachers, mentors and social workers.† A person with this type of personality wants to avoid conflict or confrontation. It wouldn’t be wise to put a person to solve problems in the workplace. They are relax and demand a slow-pace type of environment, but they are very trustworthy and some you can depend on.
